Resources | Ngā rauemi

These resources have been compiled by the Intercultural Communities Project; a partnership between the Anglican Diocese of Wellington and NZCMS.

As we are based in Aotearoa New Zealand and part of the Province of Aotearoa New Zealand and Polynesia, many of these resources reflect our context. We welcome contributions from others around the world that will help this resource truly reflect the global church.

This website contains sentences and collects, simple songs/waiata, readings, sample intercessions and artwork from different languages and cultures. There are also some ideas for how to curate a service that draws on elements from different cultures. It is by no means exhaustive. If you have any comments, corrections or resources to contribute please contact us.

The sentence and readings for 2019 from The Lectionary | Te Maramataka in most of the featured languages is available here. There is also a Power Point template that features “Come Holy Spirit” in each language available here.
